Hello, I'm Gero, a leadership coach and trainer from Düsseldorf.
With over 20 years of professional and leadership experience, I successfully guide aspiring and ambitious managers.
Throughout my coaching leadership sessions, I've had the privilege of working with fantastic individuals and teams.
With a strong focus on clarity, presence, and values-driven leadership, I seek to promote a positive impact on managers and, ultimately, in their teams. For this, I help my costumers navigate through their daily challenges and facilitate a shift in their mindset with the goal of reaching a sense of accomplishment.

My goal is to help you define your individual leadership path. I support you in trying out new approaches, even beyond the coaching mainstream. I facilitate the search for answers to your questions so you can become clear and strong as a leader for you and your team.

MY CONSULTATION PROCESS:

Step 1: Initial Contact
Let's have an informal phone call: Convince yourself that we should collaborate. What is your current challenge?
Step 2: Personal Meeting
Let's schedule a Zoom meeting. In a chemistry call, we will clarify the expectations of our professional collaboration. Clarity is key to beginning our journey and bringing it to success. Coaching is about trust.
Step 3: Coaching
Let's work together: I will accompany you for approximately six months, in 2-3 hours intervals. Together, we will clarify how you can integrate the new knowledge into your everyday life.
Step 4: Conclusion
Our coaching is coming to an end. Let's review it and recall your successes: Goal achieved!
